Jason began his career in hospitality at 16, building award-winning operational experience with First Leisure and launching successful multi-site venues and bar concepts. He later moved into recruitment, growing the hospitality division at Leisurejobs from one to eight consultants, before founding and leading his own specialist recruitment business for over a decade. During that time, he delivered tailored talent solutions across operational, commercial, and leadership roles, placing more than 1,000 candidates nationwide, and also supported GTM SaaS businesses entering the UK market. Now partnering with Vita Search & Select, Jason focuses on business development and senior appointments, combining deep sector expertise with long-standing industry relationships to support sustainable, commercially driven growth.
